One Columbus Avenue was transformed into lofts in 1996 by Jackson Goad Architects and is located south of Dundas St. W in Parkdale, just off Sorauren Ave. This authentic loft was the original Rawlings Baseball Glove factory and displays the architecture of the day with it's exposed brick, columns, 10 ft. ceilings, and wooden beams. The old elevator/lift shaft has now been turned into balconies.
Many of these lofts have access to private elevators and are spacious at 1300 to 2000 sq. ft. The actual 5 storey building is small and houses only 10 lofts in an exclusive area of Roncesvalles.
