An original extention to the Dovercourt-St. Paul's Presbyterian Church, Hepbourne Hall has since been converted into 21 lofts. This original collegiate gothic-styled building was also used by the Toronto Maple Leafs as a training facility in the 1940s during their off season training.
The conversion took place in 1990 with some of the units retaining the original, but newly refurbished gym maple flooring, in their individual units. History also states that Conn Smythe, a Church elder at the time, taught Sunday School here.
