In 2003, PlazaCorp developed Wellington Square behind Strachan Avenue and King Street West. It's built of brick with 11 storeys and houses 187 suites that have one bedroom at 560 sq. ft to the two bedroom units at 920 sq. ft.
Although the architecture is modest, Wellington Square has a second condo project in the King Street West area that is just as affordable. Amenities include a fitness facility, billiard room, and a party room with a patio.
