Twenty only houses 22 suites with 24 parking spots, but it is attached to the National Historical site of Victoria Memorial Park. It's located south of King Street West but east of Bathurst Street with all of the units facing the park to the east. Some include a great view of the skyline as well.
Context Developments, formerly known as Cohel and Alter, completed this structure in 1999 with the help of Wallman Clewes Bergman, now known as Architects Alliance. One of Toronto's most desirable condominiums, there are only four suites to each floor with dual units sharing a private elevator. The 1st to 5th floors have 10 ft. ceilings and vary from 1100, 1360 or 1540 sq. ft. and have large balconies. To date, only one of the three penthouses, with 16 ft. ceilings with enormous 16 ft. windows in the living and dining areas, and sized at 1400, 1800, or 2600 sq. ft. has ever sold.
All units have hardwood floors, central air conditioning, and east/west windows with the corners having three sides of windows. Most units also have stoves and gas fireplaces. Heating comes through low- pressure hot water radiators. These suites are hard to come by but stunning none the less.
