Cadillac Fairview developed the Village Terraces in the 1980s with 18 storeys housing 118 suites and 16 townhouses. The units are a little smaller but so are the prices. You can find 760 sq. ft. one bedroom units with a balcony and up to three bedroom suites with 1500 sq. ft. At 1264 sq. ft., there are the two storey townhouses.
All suites do have balconies while some also include a terrace, but each have great access to the exclusive shops in Forest Hill. At .60 per sq. ft for condo fees, the facilities include 24 hour concierge services, an exercise area, party room, outdoor pool, and it's just paces to the St. Clair West Subway stop.
