289 Sumach Street was formerly knows as the Ontario Medical College for Women. Located in the southern area of Cabbagetown west of Parliament and just north of Gerard Street East, today it houses 10 medium-sized suites. In 1984, Bob Mitchell completed this condo keeping most of the original 1890 facade beautifully in tact.
