At the intersection of Davenport and Bedford Roads, and exactly between Yorkville and the Bloor Annex, the Creed Building was developed by TTH Developments in 1998. This structure was formerly the Creed Family's fur storage warehouse but now houses just 19 lofts on three storeys.
Sizes run from 974 to 2140 sq. ft. with ceilings from 8 feet to 13 feet high. The Art Deco building has lofts with patios or terraces, an atrium, skylights, open-concept kitchens, gas fireplaces, and hardwood floors. This is another historic example of Toronto's wonderful housing preservations
