The Modern Living Zone, better known as MOZO, was given an A+ by Chris Hume, the Toronto Star's Architectural Critic. This magnificent development rises 14 levels with 211 suites and is considered a modern and contemporary structure.
It was designed by Architects Alliance, developed by Context Developments, and finished in 2004. Prices are on the high end at about $400 per sq. ft. for 550 sq. ft. units and can increase to over $500 per sq. ft. for the premier penthouse suites with 2000 sq. ft. The penthouses boast 11' ceilings while all other units still give an open look with 9' ceilings. The amenities include an exercise area, a room for parties, and a 24 hour concierge service.
