The Knitting Mill Lofts were, you guessed it, a knitting mill in the easrly 1900's. In 1998, Triloft built the Kings Lofts and Townhouses with the townhouses located off Niagara and Adelaide to the north, and the primary loft style building at Niagara and King.
The two storey lofts have normal ceiling heights except in the living room where the windows are double height with cut outs and it is overseen by the mezzanine bedroom area above. Some exposed concrete and laminate floors are on the lower level.
