H&R Developments built The Penrose in 1999 just north of Gerrard Street and along the west side of Bay Street. The 220 units, most of which include balconies, are housed on 31 floors and vary from the one bedroom units at 500 sq. ft. to the two bedroom suites at 1179 sq. ft.
Reasonably priced per sq. ft., it can increase a bit based on the floor plan and the view. Condo fees are all inclusive at .48 per sq. ft. Architecturally, Penrose isn't unique, but with it's 750 Bay Street location, indoor pool, gym, track, and it's meeting and party rooms, you'll be very comfortable without busting your budget.
