Philip Starck, a French industrial and interior designer, input his whimisical imagination at 75 Portland St Condos, aka Seventy5. Known for the Delano Hotel in Miami owned by Ricki Martin and Madonna, the South Beach Miami feel was also inserted in this 11 storey condo. This condominium is brimming with glass, aluminum frames, and concrete, with a unique lobby, distinctive courtyard lighting, oversized mirrors, and lounge chairs to enjoy all of it.
The interior is a mix of natural colours displayed in the finishes and fittings, and very clean, white, finishes that are complimented with colourful lighting. All suites have an open-concept design, exposed concrete columns, a terrace or balcony, and one or two storey ceilings from 9 to 19 feet. Bachelor and two bedrooms units are offered.
Although there are no amenities to speak of, the surrounding restaurants, parks, shops, and lounges make the neighborhood quite appealing.
